Lives Transformed

The Campaign For Hammock Place

Habitat Homeowner with children

The curved streets, gated entry, and architectural design of this 40-home neighborhood makes it a desirable place to live while addressing the need for affordable housing in Sarasota. The neighborhood is deed restricted, includes lawn maintenance, and the homes will be built using cutting edge construction methods that exceed green building standards. Living just 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota, our homeowners will have quicker commutes, giving them more time with their families. And thanks to Habitat Sarasota’s proven model, the homes are a permanent, affordable housing solution for qualified families.

Located in Sarasota County, Florida just east of Beneva Road on 17th Street
40 homes featuring 3 or 4 bedrooms and two baths
Amenities include 2 car garage, washer/dryer, new appliances, lawn maintenance
