Critical Home Repair Program. The Critical Home Repair program is designed to serve income-eligible homeowners who are in need of repairs to remove health and safety issues; remove barriers for disabilities; and enable seniors to age in-place. Examples of repairs include, but are not limited to, installing a new roof, replacing heating and cooling systems, and/or replacing water heater.
